  1. How long are shipping times?

Your order will be processed within 3 days and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Some products may have extended lead times due to sourcing from suppliers.
Outlying areas may take longer to deliver, with some areas only being serviced on certain days of the week.

Orders will be dispatched once funds reflect in our account.
Please note that couriers do not deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays. Special arrangements can be made.

  1. What's your return policy?

In case of any items being incorrect, damaged or missing from your order it is imperative that you report it within 7 days of receiving your parcel.  Kindly check your parcel once received to verify that the order was correct, complete and intact.  We will not be held liable for missing or damaged items after 7 days.

The consumer protection act allows unwanted items to be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that both the product and packaging are in its original condition and in good order for resale. If you wish to return any items you no longer want or incorrectly ordered you must please notify us immediately and return the items to our premises or our supplier's premises at your own cost.  Your items will be inspected before you can be refunded, and a 10% handling fee will apply.  No refund will be made for the original shipping cost.  Products that have been used and cannot be resold are not returnable.  No items are returnable after 7 days except under warranty if applicable.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. Please notify us immediately if you would like to cancel an order.  No charge will apply if the item has not been dispatched and a full refund will be made.  Should the item already be dispatched we will instruct the courier to return the item to our premises.  When it has been received and inspected you will receive a refund for the item cost minus a 10% handling fee.  No refund will be made for the original shipping cost.
